Way Bad Stone (1991, 1hr 23min)
Directed by Archie Waugh
Shot for $2,000 on video in the enchanted forests of Florida, Way Bad Stone is the unofficial D&D adaptation you've been waiting for. The story follows Aladar, a wizard seeking revenge against a gang of barbarians who stole his magic stone.
Directed by Archie Waugh and co-produced and written by Jan and Janne Skipper, this bewitching passion project features raucous Ren Faire dialogue, splattery violence, and a powerful dungeon synth soundtrack. Perfectly complements your next regularly scheduled LARPing campaign. Presented with Bleeding Skull.

Beauty and the Beast (1978, 1hr 27min)
Directed by Juraj Herz
With spooky season upon us, we turn to Juraj Herz’s gothic retelling of the classic fairy tale, Beauty and the Beast (1978). One of the tale’s finest adaptations, it’s often compared to Cocteau’s 1946 version.
Set in a shadowy medieval landscape and accompanied by a droning organ score, the Beast is half-man, half-falcon—and a bit of a parkour legend through the decaying castle halls. A high point of Czech cinema and gothic horror, it’s hard to find a film that better embodies the genre’s eerie atmosphere. Best enjoyed after dark.

Slashers Starter Pack
Eternal Family Starter Packs are designed as jumping-off points for those who aren't quite sure where to begin.
This particular pack takes a stab at the slasher subgenre with five films representing its many twisted variations. We've got a classic small-town scarecrow slasher in Dark Night of the Scarecrow, arguably the greatest giallo (Italy's blood-soaked cousin to the slasher) of all time in Tenebre, a darkly comic helping of homicidal hijinks in Ice Cream Man, a bonkers supernatural spin on the genre with Retribution, and finally, the Oedipal mind-melter that is Butcher, Baker, Nightmare Maker.
